Shipping and Return Policies
ShippingFree Shipping!: Orders of $200 or more are shipped FREE within the US via standard shipping - USPS Mail. Does not include orders shipped outside the United States. The free shipping option will automatically appear as an option when checking out for qualified orders. A $200 minimum is required before taxes or shipping charges for one or multiple items (including sale items!) shipped to the same address. All orders will ship from Greenville, ME via U.S. Postal Service. Every effort is made to ship on the next business day.
Flat Rate Shipping:
Orders of less than $200 to US addresses have a flat rate of $6.50 for shipping.
Transit time for US orders is 2-9 business days. If you need faster delivery than our standard shipping, we also offer Priority Mail as an option at rates based on weight and destination.
International Shipping: We ship to countries all over the world. Shipping is calculated based on the weight and destination of the package. We offer several options at checkout time. Transit time for International varies per country but is generally 3-20 business days. Please note international orders can be delayed by customs beyond our control and may be subject to import duties or taxes we cannot estimate. International customers are responsible for any and all costs related to importing our shipments to their country. This includes local taxes, customs charges, etc. While delivery confirmation/customs label numbers are posted to your account, they are not traceable in all countries and often only show their transit within the US. Your country's postal service may be able to provide additional information with the number provided, however, so contact them for details.
"Out Of Stock" Items
Certain orders may require special processing due to limited quantities of particular items. ToadShop.com will notify customers who have placed orders for items that are out of stock. Most items are shipped within 1 week, however, some items have longer lead times that may take up to 4 weeks to ship. If your order includes any of these items, our policy is to hold your order and ship everything together in one shipment. We will keep you informed if this is the case and will ship partial orders by request at the cost of our standard shipping charges detailed above.
Returns & Refunds
We try our best to fill your orders correctly, however, we might make a mistake and send you an item you did not order. In this case, please submit the form at Returns to request an RMA number and we will arrange for return shipping. Once we receive the item in sellable condition, we will send you a refund for the full value of the item PLUS outbound shipping. Wrongly shipped items MUST be returned in their original product package with all documentation in order for proper credit.
If for any reason, you are disappointed (does not include damage claim) with your purchase within 30 days of purchase, we will take it back. You will have to pay for return shipping for proper credit. Original product packaging and documentation are required and the product MUST be in resalable condition. PRODUCTS RETURNED IN A NON-RESALABLE CONDITION WILL NOT BE CREDITED.
