We ship to all areas of North America and territories of the United States. All orders will ship from our store in Greenville, ME via U.S. Postal Service.

Orders typically ship from our store within 2-3 business days. Every effort is made to ship next business day. Shipments to international destinations can take as long as 2-3 weeks.

International customers are responsible for any and all costs related to importing our shipments to their country. This include local taxes, customs charges, etc.


"Out Of Stock" Items

Certain orders may require special processing due to limited quantities on particular items. will notify customers who have placed orders for items that are out of stock. Most items are shipped within 1 week, however, some items have longer lead times that may take up to 4 weeks to ship. If your order includes any of these items, our policy is to hold your order and ship everything together in one shipment. We will keep you informed if this is the case and will ship partial orders by request at the cost of our standard shipping charges detailed above.


Telephone Orders

Don't trust the Internet with your credit card and want to handle this by phone? Just add items to your shopping cart as usual. Once you've created your account and are ready to make payment, choose the option that states: "I would prefer to have call me for my credit card number” and complete your order. A customer service rep will call you within 1 - 4 hours of completing your order between the hours of 9am and 5pm (EST). Please make sure the phone number you provided during registration is valid for business hours (or leave a note in the order giving us another number to call.

Returns & Refunds

We try our best to fill your orders correctly, however we might make a mistake and send you an item you did not order. In this case, please contact us for an RMA number and we will arrange for return shipping. We will send you a refund for the full value of the item PLUS outbound shipping. Wrongly shipped items MUST be returned in their original product package with all documentation in order for proper credit.

If you are disappointed (does not include damage claim) with your purchase for any reason within 30 days of purchase, we will take it back, but YOU will have to pay for return shipping for proper credit. Original product packaging and documentation required and product MUST be in resalable condition. PRODUCTS RETURNED IN A NON-RESALABLE CONDITION WILL NOT BE CREDITED.
